- What is AmeriHomes listing ID and MLS ID.
AmeriHomes listing ID is id of property in our database, and MLS ID is id
of property in MLS database.
- How to search property by AmeriHomes listing ID.
Set focus on "Search by AmeriHomes listing ID" input box
(right top corner of page) and input AmeriHomes listing ID
after it press Enter.
- How to search property in AmeriHomes database.
In the right panel "Search Our Listings" select criteria
(Borough of NY, Area, Property Type, Price up to, Beds, Baths) and click "SEARCH" button.
- How to search property in MLS database.
In the right panel "Search MLS"
click "Staten Island" or "Brooklyn" button respectively.
After it select criteria (Type, Price, Beds, Baths, Location) then click "Search Now" or input MLS# and click "Search By MLS#".
- What is "My List".
"My List" is collection of your selected properties. You can add
any property into "My List" or delete from it.
If you need, you can print out "My List" or send "My List" to any e-mail address.
- How to add property into "My List".
- Add AmeriHomes listing property: In 'HOME' page or 'Searching Result in Our Listings' page click 'View'
button, after it a new window appear with the full description of selected property, click "(+) Add to My List" link;
- Add MLS property: In "MLS Searching Result" page click "(+) Add to My List" link;
- How to get "My List".
At the top of page click "View My List" link.
- How to send "My List" to any e-mail address.
In "My List" page click "Send To ..." link and then input e-mail address and your name, after it click "Send" button.
- How to print out "My List".
In "My List" page click "Printable View" link, after it a new window appear with the printable version of "My List", click "PRINT" link.
- How to login as agent of AmeriHomes Realty of NY.
Move mouse over "AGENT LOGIN" menu item and input your password. After it you get access to: Legal Lines, Insight Magazine, Real Estate Forms.
